This is the picture i took on the day the bombs went off in london. The guys at camp asked if anyone had a flag they could raise at half mast, next to the Amercain one. I thought it was an extremely cool gesture, and to be honest, makes an amazing picture.

This is a perfect example of how a picture can say a thousand words. Ignoring the obvious, like the sunny day, nice trees and such, It shows more.

Those two flags show the feelings of two nations, Their fears, worries and hopes, all in two flags. It shows the connection our two countries have, and the sympathy we both have for the respective terrorist attacks. I'm not much of a political man, but this picture says a lot for me. And the fact that i took it makes me feel good, 'cause thats my flag up there, and it's sending out a great message of compassion, understanding and unionship.
